In his 30+ year career he has completed hundreds of transactions adding up to millions of square feet in office, R&D, manufacturing and warehouse buildings. Because every transaction is
unique, Jim’s experience and knowledge base, coupled with his sharp focus and attention to detail, give his clients a tremendous advantage and assurance of a successful transaction.
